We want you to love your Tote&Carry purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

General Return Guidelines

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in new condition, and have all original tags attached to qualify for a return.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-tagged items

    • Heavily discounted or final sale items

Processing and Refunds

  • Processing Time: Returns are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your item(s).

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the option you selected during the return request.

  • Exchanges: Exchange orders will be processed and shipped after your returned items are received and inspected.

Restocking Fee

  • A $10 restocking fee applies to all returns unless you opted for "Free Returns + Package Protection."

Damaged or Defective Returns

  • If we receive a return that is damaged or defective, we will contact you to discuss the item’s condition. Depending on the situation, we may deduct a certain amount from your refund or reject the return.

Sale Items:

Items purchased on final sale (i.e. items to which you have applied a discount code) cannot be refunded.
